You’ll find the latest products recently added to Something Different UK. That can include plush toys, gifts, home fragrance, blind boxes, collectables and other fresh arrivals.

How often is the New In collection updated?

The collection can change regularly as new products are added to the website. Because it is a live new-arrivals page, the product mix may shift often.

Are all products in this collection newly launched?

They are newly added to the site, but that does not always mean they are brand-new releases from the brand itself. It simply means they are recent additions to the shop.

What types of products can appear in New In?

This is a mixed collection, so you may see anything from heatable plush toys and quirky giftware to wax melts, candles and blind boxes. The live page currently includes all of those kinds of products.

Is the New In collection a good place to shop for gifts?

Yes. It’s a great place to discover fresh gift ideas, especially if you want something recent, seasonal or a little different from the usual bestseller picks.

Can products move out of the New In collection?

Yes. As newer items are added over time, older arrivals may move out so the collection keeps its focus on what has landed most recently.

Delivery Information

Standard: Royal Mail Tracked 48, £3.99 to England, Scotland and Wales, usually 3–5 business days.

Express: Royal Mail Tracked 24, £4.99, usually 1–3 business days.

Orders placed before 3pm are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm are usually dispatched the next working day.

Free standard delivery is available on mainland UK orders over £40, although some heavier items may have a surcharge. Customers must select the free delivery option at checkout where applicable.

Ireland delivery is £4.99.

Orders to mail forwarding centres for shipping outside the UK will be cancelled and refunded.

Orders containing Nomination products are sent using a signed-for service.

Orders over £400 are sent via DPD for insurance purposes.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your item is received.

Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Please contact sales@somethingdifferentuk.co.uk before returning any item, as unrequested returns will not be accepted.

If the item is not faulty, the customer is responsible for return postage. Tracked returns are recommended, as we are not liable for parcels lost in transit.

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 2 working days. Please allow up to 10 working days for your bank to show the refund.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Non-returnable items include sale items, gift cards, earrings for hygiene reasons, and certain perishable, custom, personal care or hazardous goods.

If you would like an exchange, the easiest option is to return the original item and place a new order. Delivery charges will apply to exchanged items.
